The Hamptons summer season is basically over, but huge listings are still hitting the market.

A property overlooking Sagg Pond in Bridgehampton will soon boast a really dramatic piece of modern architecture. And it will only cost you $45 million.

Builder Jeffrey Collé is bringing a 14,000-square-foot home on the 10-acre parcel at 191 Highland Terrace, according to Curbed. It will feature six bedrooms, six bathrooms and plenty of views.

The building is basically two massive, stacked rectangles with clean flowing lines and a long perpendicular pool jutting out from the house. The renderings look really good – as they so often do – but we’ll have to wait for construction to wrap up before we can make a proper judgment. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
