Heskel Asset Management bought a Midtown office building home to garment tenants for $52.5 million, city records show.

The 65,000-square-foot, 14-story building at 215 West 40th Street belonged to landlords Elyahu Cohen and Ehsan Reyhanian, property records filed with the city Tuesday show.

It sits around the corner from the Dream Hotel Sharif El-Gamal, MHP Real Estate Services and Hampshire Hotels Management are planning at 560 Seventh Avenue.

The largest tenant is Revise Clothing, which has about 8,000 square feet, according to CoStar Group data.

Richard Baxter, Inbal Himelblau-Denman and Jason Gold at JLL represented the buyers.

Heskel, headed by Ramin Sarraf and John Zieran, also owns a 22-story office building at 152 Madison Avenue in NoMad, and a pair of office buildings at 49 And 60 West 38th Street in the Garment District.

Cohen drew some public ire last year when he demolished the iconic Kentile Floors sign atop his building at 2nd Avenue and 9th Street in Gowanus.
