The sixth-floor apartment is located in the 13-story, Enrique Norton-designed building.

Interior designer Sterling McDavid is the seller and paid $3.4 million for the pad in 2011. Halstead Property’s Laurie Silverman and Julie Leedes Bienstock had the listing.
