Have $11,500 a month? Make Jessica Chastain your landlord

Jessica Chastain, the Academy Award-nominated actress of “Zero Dark Thirty” fame, could be your landlord.

Chastain has put her Greenwich Village home at 250 Mercer Street on the rental market with an $11,500 a month asking price, according to the New York Post.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was recently renovated and boasts 11-foot ceilings, a wooden staircase, an all-cedar walk-in closet and a Sonos sound and entertainment system.

Chastain purchased the condo for $1.2 million in 2012, but recently moved to a $5.1 million apartment at the Osborne on West 57th Street. [NYDN] – Christopher Cameron
