NeueHouse opening global HQ near Madison Square Park

Office less than two blocks from co-working space on East 25th Street

Shared co-working space provider NeueHouse is opening its first global headquarters near Madison Square Park.

The firm signed a 10-year lease for more than 8,700 square feet at ATCO Properties & Management’s 373 Park Avenue South, located between East 26th and 27th streets. NeueHouse will occupy the entire fifth floor of the 12-story, 102,552-square-foot building.

Other tenants include lingerie designer Hanky Panky, market research firm Advanced Focus and restaurant chain Dos Caminos, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The location is less than two blocks from NeueHouse’s co-working space at 110 East 25th Street, between Park and Lexington avenues. The firm, which caters to the creative sector, is part of a wave of companies that have expanded the city’s shared workspace market in recent years. [WSJ, 1st] – Rey Mashayekhi
