A villa nestled onto a bluff that overlooks the sea on Anse des Cayes beach in St. Barts has hit the market asking $11.7 million.

Dubbed Villa Athena, the seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom home was built earlier this year, according to Architectural Digest.
