Plastic surgery junkie Jocelyn Wildenstein wants $17.5M for Trump World pad
Property is comprised of three separate apartments
Jocelyn “Catwoman” Wildenstein, the wealthy New York socialite best known for spending millions on plastic surgery to look like a feline, is putting her Trump World Tower condominium on the market.
Wildenstein, who reportedly netted $2.5 billion from her divorce from art dealer Alec Wildenstein, is listing the property for $17.5 million with Daniel Neiditch of River2River Realty.
The 5,250-square-foot, five-bedroom apartment, on the 51st floor of 845 United Nations Plaza, is comprised of three separate units, the most recent of which Wildenstein purchased for $3.5 million in 2007. It’s not clear what she paid for the other two.
Wildenstein had originally planned to combine the three properties into one massive apartment but never got around to it.
Neiditch declined to comment on the identity of his client, saying only that the listing was an “amazing opportunity to create a trophy apartment overlooking the city.”
