How does a loft earn the label “seductive” in its listing? Having a swimsuit model owner and a built-in stripper pole helps. But Irina Shayk is so over it.

The Sports Illustrated model has listed her West Village loft at 166 Perry Street for $3.99 million, the New York Observer reported. Douglas Elliman describes the 2,462-square-foot loft as “seductive” in its listing, pointing to its views of Cobblestoned Charles Street and its 12-foot ceilings. Photos of the one-bedroom duplex residence also show that at least one of the rooms is pole-dancing ready.

Shayk bought the unit in 2010 for $1.96 million. The home includes 1,000 square feet on the lower level, perfect for a buyer’s “dream studio or media room,” according to the listing. Douglas Elliman’s Jacky Teplitzky, Jacques Cohen, William Martin and Geraldine Dayan have the listing. [NYO]Kathryn Brenzel
