Yet another fire engulfed a home in Forest Hills this morning. This is the seventh site in the neighborhood to have caught fire in the last month and a half and investigators believe that it is the work of a serial arsonist.

Today’s fire erupted at A Home That Was Under Construction On 69th Road Near The Grand Central Parkway, according to CBS. It was the second time the home has caught fire recently.

Four of The Fires Took Place at homes that were under construction. The other fires took place in an empty building and a storage facility. Investigators told CBS that all of the crimes are linked.

Police are seeking a person of interest, who in the released photo, is on a motorcycle. Witness claim to have seen a motorcycle speeding away from the crime scenes.

No one was injured in the latest blaze. [CBS]Christopher Cameron
