UPDATED: 10:50 p.m., Dec. 10: Victoria’s Secret model Sara Sampaio has a new catwalk to come home to. She’s in contract for a two-bedroom apartment at the Beekman Residences in the Financial District.

How much the Portuguese “angel” paid for the unit is unknown, but comparable pads at the building, at 5 Beekman Street, go for as much as $3.8 million.

Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes represented the building’s owners, GB Lodging and GFI development, who bought the landmark property back in 2012 for $64 million from the Chetrit Group and Bonjour Capital. Sampaio was represented by Jaf Glazer of Conquest, the New York Post reported.
