UPDATED: 10:50 p.m., Dec. 10: Victoria’s Secret model Sara Sampaio has a new catwalk to come home to. She’s in contract for a two-bedroom apartment at the Beekman Residences in the Financial District.

How much the Portuguese “angel” paid for the unit is unknown, but comparable pads at the building, at 5 Beekman Street, go for as much as $3.8 million.

Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes represented the building’s owners, GB Lodging and GFI development, who bought the landmark property back in 2012 for $64 million from the Chetrit Group and Bonjour Capital. Sampaio was represented by Jaf Glazer of Conquest, the New York Post reported.

The new owners renovated the property, creating 68 condominium units. The base of the building compromises part of the 287-key Beekman Hotel.

Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the building’s interiors. [NYP]Ariel Stulberg

Correction: A previous version of this story listed the number of units at Beekman Residences as 90.
