Staten Island may soon turn into a must-visit tourist destination — at least the developers of the New York Wheel think so.

Predictions made by the project’s developers call for $127.85 million in first-year, pre-tax revenues, which would make the attraction more lucrative than the Empire State Building’s famed observatory.
