Actress Cameron Diaz found a buyer for her Kelly Wearstler-designed “jewel box” condominium in the Greenwich Village after just 47 days.

The “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle” and “Something About Mary” star bought the 1,400-square-foot two-bedroom unit at 49 West 12th Street back in 2008 for $2.95 million.

The custom-decorated apartment features an emerald-green kitchen, and one black marble bathroom with pink onyx, the New York Observer reported.

The 10-story, 75-unit red brick building was built in 1950.

Rebecca Edwardson of Warburg Realty had the listing.

Diaz has another apartment in the city, at the Walker Tower at 212 West 18th in Chelsea, for which she paid $9.52 million in 2013. She lives there with her husband, Benji Madden, the guitarist from the band Good Charlotte. [NYO]Ariel Stulberg
