From the Los Angeles website: New York developers Steve Witkoff and Howard Lorber recently broke ground on their first Los Angeles project, the first Edition-branded hotel on the West Coast.

The project, which is being built in partnership with Marriott and hotelier Ian Schrager, is one of several new proposed or under construction hotels in the area and is slated to have 190 hotel rooms, 20 condominium units, a restaurant, bar, two rooftop pools and nightlife venues. [more]
