Globe-trotting Qatari diplomat Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser is the latest buyer to close on one of 432 Park Avenue’s luxe apartments.

Al-Nasser, who served as the president of the 66th session of the United Nations General Assembly from 2011 to 2012, paid $16.2 million for a three-bedroom, three-and-half-bathroom condominium unit on the 51st floor of the supertall tower designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, property records filed Thursday with the city show.

The price for the 3,576-square-foot apartment works out to $4,535 per square foot.

The diplomat joins a growing list of buyers who have closed on their apartments at Macklowe Properties’ 1,396-foot-tall Billionaires’ Row tower.

The unidentified owner who closed on the building’s first unit in January has already listed it as a high-priced rental with a $60,000-per-month ask.

After fulfilling his term as president of the General Assembly, Al-Nassir stepped into the role of the High Representative for the UN Alliance of Civilizations.

He does have at least one reason to keep a crash pad in the city. The bilingual Doha native, who serves as the High Representative for the UN Alliance of Civilizations, also sits on the Board of Advisors at the New York University Center for Dialogues.
