You won’t find starving artists here. A recently renovated co-op with large windows and almost 19-foot ceilings at the Hotel Des Artistes is on the market for $3.75 million.

Claudia Aronow, an artist whose abstract paintings adorn the apartment’s walls, has one bedroom, one-and-a-half bath and features the original wood paneling and new oak hardwood flooring.

Aronow bought the fifth-floor pad at 1 West 67th Street for $1.7 million in 2009, Curbed reported. This is the second time the apartment has been listed, the first time was for $2.5 million in 2009.

The unit was renovated and a separate suite on the same floor is also for sale for an additional $450,000, according to Curbed.

Built in 1917, the 17-story, 119-unit Hotel des Artistes in Lincoln Square had famous tenants such as Noel Coward and Norman Rockwell, according to StreetEasy.

With the Riverside Center megadevelopment — permits have been approved for over 1,000 new residential units — on the Upper West Side, the Lincoln Square neighborhood surrounding it is the fastest-growing in Manhattan.

Brown Harris Stevens’ Nancy Candib and Kristin Clark have the listing. [Curbed]Dusica Sue Malesevic
