New renderings for Adam America Real Estate’s project in Boerum Hill reveal more details about the 21-story condominium building at 319 Schermerhorn Street.

Dubbed the Nevins, the 73-unit building at the corner of Nevins and Schermerhorn will have studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Some condos will span the entire floor, Curbed reported.

Prices range with studios starting at $500,000 and a one-bedroom beginning at $800,000, Curbed reported. The Nevins, designed by Issac & Stern, will feature a playroom, roof terrace and a residents’ lounge, according to Curbed.

The developer, which partnered with the Naveh Shuster Group on the project, bought the residential development site for $33 million last April from SC Nevins, which had released different renderings for the building.

The building is slated to be completed by 2017, Curbed reported. [Curbed]Dusica Sue Malesevic
