From Luxury Listings NYC: You know how all those people are paying $1,500 to see Lin-Manuel Miranda rap about the constitution in “Hamilton”? Well no surprise, but investing in one of the most-talked about shows of the past decade has paid off majorly for the show’s producer Jeffrey Seller.

According to city records, the producer just bought himself a townhouse at 36 Riverside Drive for $11 million. He and his partner Joshua Lehrer also own a unit down the street at 54 Riverside Drive. Investor Gary Broxmeyer of Fairfield Properties was the seller. [more]
