UPDATED, Mar. 16, 2:0o p.m.: Notations, a women’s fashion brand, subleased 25,000 square feet of office space at Olmstead Properties’ 525 Seventh Avenue in the Garment District.

The company is moving from 1407 Broadway and taking a full floor at the 22-story building. Built in 1925, the building at the corner of West 38th Street spans more than 463,800 square feet, according to CoStar.

The asking rent is an average of $59 per square foot, the New York Post reported. Notations is subleasing from fellow women’s clothier Jones New York, which was represented in the deal by a JLL team, the Post reported.

Last year, womenswear designer Nicole Miller re-signed its lease for 28,000 square feet at 525 Seventh Avenue. [NYP, 3rd]Dusica Sue Malesevic

Correction: An earlier post stated Savitt Partners owned 525 Seventh Avenue. Olmstead Properties owns and manages the property.
