Despite their extravagant interiors and phenomenal views, a number of New York City penthouses have languished on the market for years.

From The Laurel in Lenox Hill to the Matchstick on Billionaire’s Row, The Real Deal has compiled a list of the 9 penthouses that have spent the longest time without a new owner.
