And it’s not just the household names competing on deals.

In 2015, the NYC retail industry raked in $10.6 billion in investment sales deals — $7.6 billion in Manhattan alone, according to Real Capital Analytics data. That’s a 16.5 percent increase over the $9.1 billion in transactions in 2014. [more]
