From Luxury Listings NYC: Fashion designer Alexander Wang has just listed his 2,550-square-foot loft at 39 Worth Street for $3.75 million. The designer purchased the Tribeca pad in 2010 for $2 million from fashion writer Holly Brubach. [more]
