The Chelsea condo where L’Wren Scott died in 2014 has hit the market for the first time since the fashion designer’s death. Apartment 9S at 200 Eleventh Avenue is priced at $8.25 million.

The 2,328-square-foot duplex has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, along with private elevator entry, a double-height living room with almost floor to ceiling windows, two Juliet balconies and views of the Hudson River.

Scott committed suicide in 2014 at age 49, after reportedly battling depression. She is most well known for her modeling, her work as a stylist and fashion designer, and her long-term relationship with the Rolling Stone’s Mick Jagger.

Presumably, the apartment is being sold by Jagger. According to Page Six, Scott left her entire estate to him.

Robert Browne, Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland of Corcoran have the listing.
