“Today Show’s” Dylan Dryer picks up Battery Park City spread

The sky is blue and conditions on the ground are looking good for NBC meteorologist Dylan Dryer and her cameraman husband Brian Fichera. The couple has picked up a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium at 70 Little West Street for $2.3 million.

The celebrity weatherwoman, who appears on Weekend Today, MSNBC and on Today as a fill-in for Al Roker and Carson Daly, sold her Upper West Side co-op at 107 West 82nd Street last month for $862,000, according to public records.

The Battery Park City apartment in the Visionaire is nearly 1,500 square feet, and includes a home office and nursery.

It also features 11-foot ceilings, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, bamboo cabinetry, black granite counters, a built-in wine fridge, and a built in computer and printing station.
