Looks like the party’s over at another East End den of ill repute. A property previously cited for illegal multi-family occupancy and bedrooms in the basement is back in law enforcement crosshairs after police say they discovered an illegal nightclub operating in the basement. The owner of 7 Muir Boulevard, Luis Farez, was allegedly charging a $30 entry fee and selling drinks at a bar set up in the basement. He was issued a desk appearance ticket by police last weekend and faces a litany of code violations including overcrowding and using a residence as a business. [EHS] — Cathaleen Chen
