$65 million may sound like a lot but this Hamptons property is large enough to build a small village.

Marsha, Linda and Jane Held wanted to be close to each other in the Hamptons, but now that their children are grown up they decided it’s time to sell. The buildings sit on 32 acres of private land, including a private road and three buildable lots.

Douglas Elliman’s Paul Brennan is marketing the property.

The three properties were built in 1986 and each have their own pool, according to the listing. They overlook Poxabogue Pond. [NYP] — Konrad Putzier
