From Luxury Listings NYC: Actor Corey Stoll and his wife Nadia Bowers have bagged themselves a Brooklyn townhouse.

According to property records, the star of “The Strain,” who received a Golden Globe nomination in 2013 for his role in “House of Cards,” paid $2.43 million for the Windsor Terrace spread at 540 16th Street – around $120,000 less than its asking price of $2.55 million. [more]
