When he’s not at Michael’s dining with the likes of Martha Stewart, lawyer to the stars Allen Grubman is living like one of his celebrated clients. Grubman, whose has worked for boldface names like Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Madonna, has pick up a new Manhattan home that would make many of his clients green with envy.

Grubman recently paid $18.5 million for a roughly 4,600-square-foot spread at 944 Park Avenue, according to public records. No doubt his real estate broker wife, Debbie Grubman of the Corcoran Group, helped hammer out the deal.

The full-floor unit is a combination of three condos with four-bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. One of the units is on the floor above and has 1,200 square feet — perhaps a maid’s room,

“New to the market,” the listings announces, is a “rare private-floor prewar condominium, completely renovated with extreme attention to detail.” This listing also notes prewar details like oak herring bone floors, raised panel doors and plaster crown moldings.

Perhaps it is no surprise that Grubman is splashing out now, as he has had a very good year. Billboard named Grubman No. 50 on their 2016 Power 100 list, noting that his firm Grubman, Shire & Meiselas oversaw deals for Nicki Minaj’s upcoming Freeform cable TV show, “Nicki,” and Usher’s role in the 2016 film “Hands of Stone.”

“You used to have music lawyers, movie lawyers, sports lawyers, but now you have to do it all,” Grubman told Billboard, adding that the band The Weeknd gave him a pair of Air Jordan Cement 3 Retros his birthday.
