The spreads inside Pritzker Prize winner Shigeru Ban’s Cast Iron House, a luxury condo project in a historic 19th century cast iron building in Tribeca, hit the market a couple years ago. But photos of the model unit are just now dropping.

Cast Iron House, located at 67 Franklin Street, has 13 apartments created by Ban. Ban gave the homes double-height living room and custom cabinetry, door pulls and sinks.

The newly revealed model apartment, 6A, is asking $10.55 million. Have a look via Curbed.
