Jimmy Fallon sidekick Steve Higgins closes on UWS classic six
The SNL writer bought the home from the estate of Argo Real Estate founder, Henry Moskowitz
SNL writer and Jimmy Fallon sidekick, Steve Higgins just picked up a new Upper West Side pad. The funnyman and his wife Ellen Higgins paid $1.79 million for a two-bedroom coop unit at 131 Riverside Drive, according to public records.
The rare classic six features two bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, a large entry foyer, formal dining room, maid’s room and large closets. But, according to the listing, the home is in need of renovation.
The seller was the estate of Argo Real Estate founder, Henry Moskowitz who died in 2008.
Linda Lepson and Harold Kobner of Argo Residential had the listing.
