100 and 90 Briar Patch Rd

Is anyone surprised that the South Fork’s priciest manor landed on this list? The 11-acre waterfront compound on Briar Patch Road is asking an eye-popping $140 million. The 10,000-square-foot main residence was built in 1931 but renovated in the early 1990s by leather-obsessed architect Peter Marino. It contains 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a gym that overlooks the ocean. There’s also a separate four-bedroom guesthouse.
