The site of the controversial “Sprayathon” party over the July 4th weekend, the 6,300-square-foot house at 1854 Noyac Path contains seven bedrooms 8.5 bathrooms, a media room, library, and a pool and tennis court in the backyard. The property made headlines this summer when its owner accused hedgie Brett Barna of renting the house on Airbnb and then throwing an out-of-control blowout that featured gun-toting midgets(!) and a whole lot of champagne chugging. Later, it was reported that the owner, Omar Amanat, formerly of the Aman Resorts Group, was arrested on fraud charges unrelated to the party incident and couldn’t afford to make bail.
