Ricky Sitomer, co-founder of the troubled Blue Star Jets, is apparently very attached to his house. The high-flying CEO showed up to his own foreclosure auction with his ex-wife and a video camera, an observer told Curbed. Turns out, the property is still on the market after three scheduled foreclosure auctions, according to PropertyShark. It has a mortgage lien of $2.6 million, though Curbed says it looks like a tear-down. Sitting on four acres of land, the vaguely modern-looking residence contains five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two kitchens. There’s also a tennis court and pool in the backyard. Nest Seekers’ John Brady has the listing. [Curbed]
