The priciest new listings in Brooklyn, Queens in December

A carriage house in Boerum Hill asking $7.9M topped the list

A newly-built townhouse in Boerum Hill hit the market last month asking $7.9 million, making it the most expensive single-family home listed in December.

The seven-bedroom house at 325 Pacific Street spans nearly 6,000 square feet over five floors, and features an elevator and heated garage, according to the listing.

In Queens, the most expensive listing in December was a 4,700-square-foot house in Forest Hills. The property on Dartmouth Street features a wet bar, sauna and steam room. It was listed for $4.4 million last month, but was discounted this week to $3.9 million.
