A collection of high-design waterfront mansions may soon have you traveling north of Palm Beach.

Dubbed Windsor, the luxury sporting and beach community located in Vero Beach boasts a laundry list of amenities, including tennis courts, a golf course, clubhouses and cabanas. But it’s the development’s design that makes it pop. Here is a look at 5 standout buildings in the community.

The clubhouse

Spanning 425 acres of barrier island between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean, Windsor has applied a New Urbanist structure by renowned town planners Andrés Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk to the residential community. One of Windsor’s central buildings is of course the clubhouse.

3100 Savannah Place

Asking $8.5 million, this sprawling estate is an example of the community’s “Anglo-Caribbean architecture.” The home has six bedrooms spread over more than 10,000 square feet.

The cabanas

Of course, you can relax at the cabanas at the clubhouse’s pool. But Windsor also boasts an 18-hole links style golf course, Har-Tru tennis courts, an equestrian facilities, fitness center and Gun Club.
