The Real Deal’s research division, TRData, formally launched its news and information website last week. The site has more than 120,000 entries for people, companies, buildings, transactions and reports.

In this video, we’ve provided a very brief overview of the website, which allows a user to browse through thousands of Topics pages, each providing a quick view on an individual, firm or property.

We’ve created an active New Development Pipeline database, which we believe to be the most comprehensive, publicly available one in New York City, with more than 4,000 ongoing projects — commercial and residential, leasing and condo sales — all of which can be found using the Advanced Search tool.

A subscription service is also available. Paid users can download up to 200 rows of data, including information on brokers at a particular firm, deals an agent has done, or properties owned by a particular landlord.

To see a quick guide on the tools the site has to offer and how to use them, watch the video above.
