Dig Inn CEO picks up Tribeca loft

Adam Eskin, CEO of the healthy cafeteria chain Dig Inn, just bought himself a three-bedroom condo in Tribeca for $3.6 million, according to public records.

The 2,420-square-foot apartment at 459 Washington Street was asking $3.8 million in 2014. It features four oversized west-facing windows, a wood-burning fireplace a chefs kitchen, granite countertops and a bunch of high-end appliances. according to the listing.

Eskin owns a two-bedroom penthouse condo at the 95-unit 130 Barrow Street in the West Village.
