The pricetag for the oceanfront home featured in “Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons,” a spinoff of “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” dropped from $13.95 million to $12.7 million, Curbed reported. The 8,900-square-foot residence at 317 and 319 Noyac Road sits on a peninsula in the North Sea (the other one). Sitting on two acres, the home contains five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a professional kitchen, an oversized den, and an open-living floor plan. The home was renting for $295,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day. [Curbed]
