An 1899 mansion in Riverdale has hit the market asking just $4 million, and it looks almost the same as the day it was built.

Known as the Esmeralda, the 8,824-square-foot home, located at 3111 Henry Hudson Parkway, boasts 24 rooms, nine bedrooms and five baths. It also features classic historic home amenities like hardwood flooring, oak doors, wood-beamed ceilings and fireplaces, according to 6sqft.

And there is apparently plenty of room for add-ons, according to Oxford Property Group’s listing. “The Esmerelda has … a finished basement and an extra large backyard with plenty of room for a pool.”
