Another house is teetering into the ocean — and it’s up for grabs in foreclosure

The beachfront property at 153 Mulford Lane in Amagansett was scheduled to go to the auction block this week in a foreclosure sale, but just like its mortgage, the home itself could soon be underwater. Like Paul Simon’s bluffside estate, the two-bedroom, two-bath property is endangered by erosion. Its new homeowner won’t be able to move the house back from the water, however, because a neighbor’s driveway in directly behind it. [EHS]
