Of course the Brooklyn home of this popular lifestyle blogger is a curated masterpiece

Who knew promoting a curated lifestyle paid so well? Lifestyle blogger Joanna Goddard, the woman behind the popular blog, “A Cup of Jo,” is the owner of a very swank Cobble Hill home, according to the New York Post.

Goddard and her husband Alex Williams, a reporter for the New York Times, picked up a a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo inside a 25-foot-wide Brooklyn brownstone in 2016 for $4.32 million, the Post reports citing comments posted on an online forum. The couple allegedly used the entity Masimoto LLC to buy the home.

“From what I remember, it is a big house in Cobble Hill with a private garage, wine cellar, gym, screening room, landscaped backyard, huge fancy kitchen, formal dining room, office and all the mod cons,” a commenter wrote. “Definitely in the $4 million [to] $5 million range.”

In fact, the condo at 229 Degraw Street boasts 4,100 square feet and is only part of the brownstone. It also doesn’t seem to have a screening room.
