This past week, The Real Deal reported on the money raised by Fifth Wall Ventures for what it claims is the first fund backed by real estate money that invests exclusively in property tech startups, the seven-building Queens portfolio that A&E Real Estate Holdings is in contract for, and the updates on disgraced landlord Steve Croman’s potential plea deal.
