Last month, the most expensive home to sell in the outer boroughs was the clocktower penthouse at 1 Main Street, which at $2,140 per square foot set an all-time record for Brooklyn.

The 7,000-square-foot condominium, first listed for $25 million in 2010, went into contract last year. Colombian-born art dealer Lio Malca was the buyer, sources told The Real Deal last month.

Meanwhile, in Queens the top sale was the childhood home of President Donald Trump. An unidentified Chinese woman paid $2.1 million for the Jamaica Estates home, earning Michael Davis, the man who bought it at auction in December for $1.3 million, a 50 percent profit.
