One of President Donald Trump’s prized estates has quietly hit the market on the Caribbean island of St. Martin. The asking price is not disclosed, and our request for additional information has not been responded to by the brokerage. The listing fails to mention the famous owner of the house, but it does note Le Château des Palmiers’ “world-class” amenities.

It comes as no surprise that Ryan Seacrest, having just scored himself a hosting spot alongside Kelly Ripa on morning show “Live!”, would be in the market for some lavish New York City real estate — after all, the commute from his home in LA might have been a little much. Lo and behold, Seacrest has found himself a $75,000-a-month rental, reports the Daily Mail.
