We wonder how long it will take Casey Neistat to film the interiors of his swank new condo at 2 River Terrace in Battery Park.  The YouTube star and his wife Candice Pool just picked up a pad in the building for $3.5 million, according to city records.

The building is a favorite among celebrities — director Oliver Stone recently bought a 24th floor unit for $4.3 million, Leonardo DiCaprio owns two units there, and Tyra Banks just listed her penthouse in the building for $17.5 million. Neistat’s unit is more modest than hers, and has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 2,095 square feet, a chef’s kitchen, an integrated TV, music and sound system and lovely river views.

In addition to his wildly popular YouTube channel (he is a regular vlogger), Neistat is also the co-founder of the video sharing app, Beme. CNN acquired Beme for a reported $25 million in 2016. He and his brother, Van, also had a series of their videos picked up by HBO in a series called the “Neistat Brothers.”
