East End developer Jay Bialsky has a new project that just hit the market — an 8,000-square-foot “ultra-modern” abode right off Swan Creek. Listed by Bespoke Real Estate, the home will have seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. It will feature an open living floor plan, media room, and en suite bedrooms. Outside, the property will feature extensive entertainment areas, including a waterfall pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and cabana. Bialsky has another spec home in the works.
