UPDATED, May 31, 12:21 p.m.: Anthony Weiner and wife Huma Abedin listed their Union Square luxury apartment for $11,900 per month, but pulled the listing a few days later and signed a one-year lease renewal.

The 1,500-square-foot pad on the 14th and 15th floors of 1 Irving Place has three bedrooms and overlooks Midtown’s skyline, according to a now-deleted Corcoran Group listing.

On Tuesday, the New York Post reported that the listing was pulled after Abedin invited her estranged husband back home. The paper said Weiner is the primary caregiver for their son.

The couple moved there in November 2014, after Weiner’s mayoral campaign fell apart amid revelations that he sent sexually explicit photos of himself to several women. Earlier this month Weiner pleaded guilty to sending obscene material to a minor. He faces 21 to 27 months in prison. Abedin, a long-time aide to Hillary Clinton, initiated divorce proceedings the following day.

The apartment already has its place in U.S. political history. After Weiner sent explicit messages to a North Carolina teenager in August, the FBI began investigating him. When agents found some of Clinton’s emails on Weiner’s seized laptop, FBI director James Comey announced that he would reopen an investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server, two weeks before the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Although the re-opened probe found no criminal liability, Comey’s letter and the ensuing media coverage is believed to have impacted the election.

According to the deleted listing the apartment has “commercial-grade” air conditioning and “spa-like” baths. [NYP] and [6sqft]Konrad Putzier
