From the May issue: Condo resales in Manhattan did not make an impressive showing in March, an analysis by TRD found. The median for closed sales stood at $1.4 million, down from $1.62 million in February.
In Brooklyn and Queens, the median was also down, to $828,750 from $875,000 the month prior.
But for new development, prices in Manhattan hit their highest level in the last 13 months, reaching $3.3 million.
In Brooklyn and Queens, the median was just over $901,000.
