Westhampton social club well underway

The 14-suite Dune Deck club brings new meaning to the words “exclusive access.” On July 1, the resort will open to members who pay an annual fee to access the 594 square-foot units, an in-house restaurant, private beach and pool that overlooks the ocean, according to 27East. Owned and operated by the Discovery Land Company, the 32,141-square-foot property will ultimately feature 33 two-room suites when it’s complete. Discovery Land purchased the property — formerly a 69-unit complex —  in 2015 for $19 million and razed the former structure. [27E]
