Gabby Karan de Felice, the daughter of the famed fashion designer Donna Karan, has just updated her wardrobe — along with her entire home.

She’s just paid $5.2 million for a three-bedroom condo, under the entity 25A Holdings, LLC, city records show. Her new apartment is at 45 East 80th Street, nestled between Madison and Park Avenues. Karan de Felice bagged herself a bargain, it was asking $5.95 million.

The 2,335-square-foot spread at the white glove, full service building comes with three bathrooms, large windows, an eat-in kitchen with an adjoining dining room, a terrace and views of Central Park and the city. Craig Roth & The NextStopNY Real Estate Team had the listing.

Karan de Felice along with her husband Gianpaolo de Felice own the Italian restaurant Tutto il Giorno which has two branches: one in Tribeca and one in Southampton.

She is reportedly the reason why Donna Karan founded DKNY in 1989 — it was a range that was age appropriate for Karen de Felice, who was 15 at the time.
