Zelig Weiss plans to construct a 47-unit residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, according to a permit application filed with the city’s Department of Buildings on Tuesday.

The six-story building would span 33,861 square feet, and it would replace a one-story industrial building at 629-633 Marcy Avenue.

It would feature 10 apartments on floors three through six, 24 parking spaces on the ground floor, and a rooftop recreational area of 880 square feet. It’s not clear if the apartments will be rentals or condominiums.

The Brooklyn-based developer has been involved with several other projects in the borough, including the William Vale Hotel complex at 55 Wythe Avenue, in partnership with Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management TRData LogoTINY.

Representatives for Weiss’s firm Riverside Developers did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the project.
